Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Download the CSV Template
Download our CSV template. Either of the two formats will work.
2. Fill Out the CSV File
Fill out the columns with the appropriate information from columns A through S.
Note: Columns marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields (Columns A, B, C, and H).
Column Details
Column | Name | Description | Format/Requirements |
A* | Product handle | The product identifier found in the URL after "products/" | Example: top-retro-womens-t-shirt-short-sleeve |
B* | Rating | Numerical rating for the review | Whole numbers from 1-5 only (no decimals) |
C* | Author | Name of the customer who left the review | Text |
D | Title | Title of the review | Text |
E | Content | The review text/comment | Text |
F | Author Country | Country of the reviewer | Country code abbreviation only |
G | Author Email | Email address of the reviewer | Valid email format |
H* | Commented at | Date when the review was submitted | YYYY-MM-DD format |
I | Reply | Your response to the review | Text |
J | Reply Date | Date when you replied | YYYY-MM-DD format |
K | Verified Badge | Show verified badge on the review | Enter "Yes" or "No" |

Finding the Product Handle
The product handle can be found in the product URL on your storefront right after "products/".
In this example, the product handle is: top-retro-womens-t-shirt-short-sleeve
3. Save Your File
Save the file by pressing CTRL+S on your keyboard or saving it in CSV COMMA DELIMITED format.
4. Import the File
Navigate to IMPORT > Import Reviews in your admin panel

To avoid errors during import, ensure your file follows our template format exactly
Tips for Successful Imports
Double-check that all required fields are completed
Ensure dates follow the YYYY-MM-DD format
Verify that product handles match exactly with your store's products
Use only whole numbers (1-5) for ratings
For country fields, use standard country code abbreviations (e.g., US, UK, CA)
