By integrating with Social Media AI Auto Post, you can automatically sync customer reviews to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Once the flow is enabled, reviews that meet your conditions (such as rating threshold) will be automatically turned into social posts and published to your connected channels. This helps you continuously showcase positive customer feedback and strengthen social proof—without manual posting.
Setup Guide
Step 1: Create a Flow
Open the flow app and create a new flow
Import the provided flow file https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VlYcfSDt-f7TP7ruiTj-4vetC2zRqUHL?usp=sharing
After importing, a flow for sharing reviews to social platforms will be created automatically.
Step 2: Turn On the Flow and Set Conditions
Turn on the flow
Set the review conditions
You can define a minimum rating (for example, only reviews above a certain score)
Only reviews that meet this condition will be shared to social platforms
This ensures that only qualified reviews are published.
Step 3: View Posts in Social Media AI Auto Post
