This integration allows you to automatically sync product reviews from your Shopify store to your TikTok Shop product pages through account authorization.
Once connected, reviews will be synced automatically without any manual work.
This feature is currently available for TikTok Shop stores in the United States only. Support for additional regions will be introduced in future updates.
2. How to Use
Step 1: Authorize TikTok Shop
Connect your TikTok Shop account in the app by completing the authorization process.
Step 2: Enable Automatic Sync
After authorization is completed, the system will automatically start syncing eligible Shopify product reviews to TikTok Shop.

1. Which reviews can be synced to TikTok Shop?
Only verified reviews will be synced to TikTok Shop. These are reviews submitted by customers who have completed a purchase on your Shopify store.
2. Is the review sync real-time?
Reviews are automatically synced every 24 hours after authorization. Updates and new reviews will be reflected on TikTok Shop within the next sync cycle.
3. What happens if I disconnect TikTok Shop authorization?
Review syncing will stop immediately. No further updates or new reviews will be synced. Previously synced reviews will remain on TikTok Shop but will no longer be updated.
