With our AI Review Summary widget, you can give your customers a quick overview of what other buyers are saying — directly on your product pages or homepage. This helps boost trust and drive conversions.

AI Review Summary is an intelligent paragraph generated from positive customer reviews. It helps highlight the most praised aspects of your products or store.

There are two separate widgets available:

Product Page Widget – Generates a summary based on reviews of that specific product

Homepage Widget – Uses all reviews to generate a high-level summary of customer sentiment about your shop

Each AI Review Summary widget contains the following elements:

Header A clear section title such as “What customers think about the store” to help shoppers quickly identify the summary

AI-generated summary paragraph A concise overview of what customers are saying — highlighting common sentiments, product strengths, and usage scenarios. Generated from real reviews.

AI source label A subtle label: ✨ AI-generated from customer reviews

Highlighted keywords with details A list of top recurring themes (e.g., fast delivery, good quality), each expandable to show:

- A brief explanation from the review context
- The percentage of reviews mentioning this keyword

- Header A clear section title such as “What customers think about the store” to help shoppers quickly identify the summary
- AI-generated summary paragraph A concise overview of what customers are saying — highlighting common sentiments, product strengths, and usage scenarios. Generated from real reviews.

How to Enable the AI Review Summary Widget

Go to App &gt; Widgets &gt; AI Summary &gt; Product Page Summary

Save changes to display the summary on product pages

1. Go to App &gt; Widgets &gt; AI Summary &gt; Product Page Summary
2. Enable the feature and adjust settings
3. Save changes to display the summary on product pages

Save changes to display the store-level summary

1. Go to App &gt; Widgets &gt; AI Summary &gt; Home Page Summary
2. Enable the feature and adjust settings

Summaries are generated only from published reviews

A product must have at least 15 valid (non-empty) reviews to generate a summary

Store-level summaries require at least one product summary to be available

This feature is available on the Growth plan and above

After activation, it may take around 25 minutes for summaries to appear for the first time
