This guide explains how to display Instagram content from Instafeed together with TrustWILL Reviews snippets. After the integration is enabled, TrustWILL Reviews can pull eligible Instafeed posts and show them alongside review content in the storefront widget.

<b>1. Enable Instafeed content in TrustWILL review snippets</b>

In TrustWILL Reviews, open the Review Snippets widget settings and enable Enable Instagram content in snippets with Instafeed.

Note: This option is not available when the snippet style is set to Reviews only.

<b>2. Check how Instafeed content appears on the storefront</b>

After the option is enabled, shopper-facing review snippets can display both review content and Instagram posts from Instafeed. By default, TrustWILL Reviews displays review content and Instafeed content in a 1:1 ratio.

Before using this feature, make sure the relevant Instafeed posts are tagged with the matching products. Product tagging helps TrustWILL Reviews identify which Instagram posts should appear with each product's review snippet.

If Instafeed content does not appear in the review snippets, check the following:

Instafeed is installed and connected to the correct Meta account.

The integration option is enabled in the Review Snippets widget settings.

The snippet style is not set to Reviews only.

The related Instafeed posts are tagged with the correct products.

The storefront widget has been saved or published after the setting was updated.
